Fasbea's Terms & Conditions — Applicable to All Members

By accessing fasbea.org or using any of its services, you agree to fully accept and comply with these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using fasbea's services.

These Terms & Conditions apply to the fasbea platform website, mobile app, and all associated services. fasbea reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

Fasbea's services are available only to individuals aged 18 and above. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering or using any service on the fasbea platform. fasbea may request proof of identity for age verification at any time.

You are required to provide the following information accurately during account registration:

• Full Legal Name (as per National ID)
• Active mobile number or email address
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Current Residential Address

Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts. Providing false information in violation of fasbea's Terms & Conditions will lead to immediate account suspension.

As part of fasbea's Terms & Conditions, all members are required to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This is mandatory for compliance with international anti-money laundering regulations.

Any one of the following documents is required for KYC verification:

• National Identity Card (NID) — Clear photos of the front and back
• Passport — Clear image of the information page
• Driving License — Both sides of the document

If KYC is not completed before a withdrawal request, payment processing may be delayed. fasbea typically completes KYC verification within 48 hours. All submitted information is kept strictly confidential during the verification process.

The minimum deposit on fasbea is BDT 500 and the maximum is BDT 500,000 per day. Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Funds are typically credited to your account instantly.

The following fasbea Terms & Conditions apply to withdrawals:

General Bonus Terms:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fasbea platform and may result in permanent account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Using or sharing another person's account
• Activity intended to abuse bonuses or promotions
• Attempting match fixing or gaining unfair advantage
• Any form of hacking, use of bots, or automated software
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal transactions
• Threatening or harassing other users or fasbea staff

Once confirmed, bets on fasbea generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, fasbea reserves the right to void bets or amend results in the following circumstances:

• If an event is cancelled or suspended
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error
• If a match is delayed by more than 30 minutes from its scheduled start time
• Where clear evidence of a technical error exists

In live betting, odds change continuously. The odds in effect at the moment of confirmation are considered final. fasbea does not intentionally manipulate odds.

Fasbea believes gaming is entertainment — not a source of income. In accordance with fasbea's Terms & Conditions, every member has access to tools to manage their own gaming habits.

You may request account closure at any time through fasbea support. All withdrawals must be completed before the account is closed. Any remaining balance will be returned prior to closure.

Fasbea reserves the right to close an account for the following reasons:

• Breach of fasbea's Terms & Conditions
• Evidence of fraud or illegal activity
• Extended Inactivity (Over 12 Months)
• KYC Verification Failure

Fasbea's Terms & Conditions are formulated in accordance with international online gaming laws and licensing regulations. fasbea reserves the right to amend, update, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time.

For significant changes, fasbea will notify registered members by email and on the website at least 7 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after such changes will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
